Are you open for business?

Yes, we are NOW OPEN! You can reserve your unit online and move in immediately. Visit our facility on Shamrock Road or book your space 24/7 through our website.

Yes! A major benefit of our facility is that 100% of our units are on the ground floor. You can drive right up to the building, making loading and unloading heavy items quick and easy—no elevators required.

Absolutely. Each unit is equipped with lighting and electrical outlets for your convenience. (Electricity is for standard use, not for operating heavy machinery).

We offer specific Climate-Controlled units which are air-conditioned to protect sensitive items from humidity. We also offer standard Drive-Up units for general storage.

Our roll-up doors feature a generous clearance of 11 feet high, making them ideal for storing larger items, furniture, and high equipment.

We provide a spacious loading area and shared parking for our tenants, allowing for easy maneuvering of trucks and trailers while you access your unit.

To ensure the integrity of our units, tenants cannot modify the structure. However, our facility is equipped with a top-notch security system, including 24/7 video surveillance and secure gate access, to keep your belongings safe

Rentals & Policies

What are the rental terms?

We offer flexible month-to-month rentals. We understand your needs may change, so we don’t lock you into long-term contracts.

Yes, a fully refundable security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required to reserve your unit.

Our units are designed for storage of business inventory, archives, and equipment—which is encouraged! However, you cannot operate an active workspace (like an office or workshop with customers) inside the unit for safety reasons.

For everyone’s safety, you cannot store flammable liquids, explosives, perishables (food), or illegal items. A full list is provided in your rental agreement.

While we don’t offer moving services directly, we can provide recommendations for trusted local moving companies in Grand Cayman.

No, we currently only offer storage units for rent.

Can I run my business from the unit?

Unfortunately, we can’t allow you to operate a business from your storage unit. Our facility is designed for storing personal or business belongings, not as a workspace. We want to ensure a quiet and secure environment for all our customers.

When will Prospect Self Storage be ready?

Construction on Prospect Self Storage is in its early stages. We’re currently finalizing the necessary paperwork to move forward with the building process.

Can I install my own security system in the unit?

We understand wanting to add extra security, but for the safety of all our customers, we’ll have a top-notch security system in place.

Will my storage unit have electricity?

Yes.

How does parking work?

We’ll have a shared parking lot for all our tenants.

Are the units air-conditioned?

Only in the climate-controlled units.

Are the units on the ground floor?

Yes, all our storage units are conveniently located on the ground floor.

Absolutely! Each unit comes with lights and electric outlets for your convenience.
